Darren Rovell, who has close black friends, shows off some of his large Martin Luther King Jr. collection

The tweet’s been deleted so we can’t give much context, but sports business reporter Darren Rovell was allegedly called a racist on Martin Luther King Jr. Day of all days. Rovell noted that he has many close black friends, but we’ve been assured in our anti-racism workshop that saying you have black friends falls under the banner of “acceptable” white supremacy.
