As Twitchy mentioned Monday, the highlight of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was when “lone survivor” Gaige Grosskreutz admitted that Rittenhouse didn’t shoot at him until he’d pointed a handgun at Rittenhouse; however, media outlets tended to overlook that bit, instead focusing on Grosskreutz claiming he was actually trying to surrender to the “heavily armed teenager” and thinking he was going to die.
The prosecution rested its case Tuesday after going up in flames Monday, which means MSNBC is going to have to work harder to spin those tweets. On Tuesday, MSNBC’s takeaway from the trial was a forensic pathologist testifying that one of the men killed by Rittenhouse was in a horizontal position when he was shot.
One of the men fatally shot by Kyle Rittenhouse was in a “horizontal” position, a forensic pathologist told Wisconsin jurors, suggesting the victim wasn't a threat when he was gunned down. https://t.co/wE1KI3fzwg

Damn you are grasping incredibly hard at straws

Tell me you didn't watch the trial without saying you didn't watch the trial.

He was horizontal because he lunged at Kyle and was shot. Listen to the rest of his testimony

Nice misleading healine:
“So if I was charging like a bull and diving, that would be consistent” with the wounds suffered by Rosenbaum, Richards asked.
“That would be,” Kelley responded."

Nice try, MSNBC. Note the forensic pathologist stated there was 'soot' from the gunpowder on Joes hand, in towards middle of the hand…shot while Joe was running towards Kyle and lunging. Then, in extremely quick succession, more shots.
Not gunned down while on ground.

The clear video evidence proves that the suggestion was wholly inaccurate

Except the video says otherwise.

Wait… Where's THAT video?

That word “suggesting” sure is doing a lot of work.
— Fly🪶 (@flockofwords) November 9, 2021
There's video of the entire thing.

The difference between actually listening to this trial and how you’re reporting it is amazing. Total example of why media is distrusted.

Really?
As though you think we haven't seen the videos or watched the trial.

Dear lord! Last ditch spin attempt. Pitiful.
— D. S. H. (@doug_hein) November 9, 2021
This is contradicted by the video unless you are pretending the first few shots never happened and the last one happened to enter when he was horizontal.
— Burner Account (@Political1976) November 9, 2021
Rosenbaum was clearly charging Rittenhouse and Rittenhouse defended himself by firing 4 well placed bullets in 0.76 of a second. So one burst of gunfire in which the latter part of the burst caught Rosenbaum while he was falling from an upright position of attack.

People tend to end up horizontal after being shot.

It’s incredible how easily and effortlessly @MSNBC can lie to peoples’ faces when video of the incident showing the precise opposite is so easily accessible. They used to be covert when they lied, but now they simply don’t care. It’s just straight up propaganda at this point.

It’s what they’re not reporting that gives away the game. It should be interesting once the defense is up how the tweets read, if there are any.
