Fraternal Order of Police slams Joy Behar for suggesting police shoot a warning shot into the air

The Columbus police chief held a press conference the other day concerning the shooting death of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant, and reporters asked why police couldn’t be trained to shoot violent people in the leg. This comes straight from the top: Last June, candidate Joe Biden said he wanted police to shoot an “unarmed person coming at ’em with a knife” in the leg, a sentiment he repeated during an ABC News town hall in October.

The ladies on “The View” tackled the Bryant shooting, and Joy Behar said she’d watched the video several times and just couldn’t figure it out — couldn’t the police just shoot into the air?

It seems like everybody in the media needs to go on a ride-along for a day.
