President Biden finally held a press conference Thursday, and the reviews from the press are in: the Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin says Biden was “about a mile over the low bar” that had been set for him, and NBC News’ Jonathan Allen said that Biden was “knocking this out of the park so far” — 12 minutes after tweeting, “Biden sounding and looking tired partway through” (and now he’s called a lid).
Rubin praised Biden for his “remarkably long, detailed, fact-filled” answers, like this one:
