This is especially juicy since CNN media hall monitors Oliver Darcy and Brian Stelter seem to do nothing but watch Fox News during prime time (when Fox News is beating the stuffing out of CNN in the ratings) and complain about the content of the opinion shows, like those of Tucker Carlson or Laura Ingraham.
The daytime shows are the “straight news” programs, such as “The Situation Room” with Wolf Blitzer and “The Lead” with Jake Tapper. Nikki Haley was on with Blitzer Friday defending President Trump against the impeachment hearing witnesses when Blitzer reminded her that “we don’t have a political position” on “The Situation Room.”
Anyway, a lot of Haley fans are sad to see her defending Trump in all this, but she’s got a point: “Show me the proof.”
