Today we’ve learned there’s at least one thing worse than getting stuck in a McDonald’s drive-thru lane, and that is being robbed while stuck in a McDonald’s drive-thru lane, with your 4-year-old in the back seat.
ABC 13 in Houston, Texas, reports Saturday that a man with a concealed carry permit shot and killed a would-be robber who he says held a gun on him as he waited in his car with his child.

LCPD believes this is a case of self defense. Man in truck had 4 y.o. son in the back seat. He was not hurt. Man being interviewed now.

League City police report that although the incident is under investigation, multiple witnesses have confirmed the details of the robbery.
