ABC7 News in San Francisco is reporting Thursday that Santa Clara police apprehended a suspect who was carrying a suspicious device in his backpack. Details are still slim aside from a handful of tweets, but a suspicious object left in front of the police department was confirmed to be a “destructive device.”
