As Twitchy reported, Bill Clinton shot to the top of Twitter’s trending topics this week when #BlackLivesMatter demonstrators confronted him at a campaign stop in Philadelphia over his 1994 crime bill and his wife’s description of repeat juvenile offenders as “super-predators.” He almost apologized Friday, but at a campaign stop in Harlem Saturday, Bernie Sanders said a real apology was in order.

Obviously Bill Clinton owes the country an apology. But Sanders was speaking at the Apollo Theater at an event moderated by radio host Charlamagne Tha God that was “designed to showcase his outreach to African Americans,” the Washington Post reports.
“We all know what the term [super-predator] meant in the context that it was said years ago,” Sanders said after the applause died down. “We know who they were talking about.”
“Black people,” yelled someone in the audience.
“That’s exactly right,” Sanders said, “and I think the president owes the American people an apology for trying to defend what’s indefensible.”

Is that you, Chelsea? Now that her “Diane Reynolds” alias has been blown thanks to the State Department’s email dump, who knows what she’s calling herself now.
@postpolitics @WPJohnWagner Bernie demands an apology from Clinton for a bill that Bernie voted for? Why doesn't WP mention Bernie's vote?

They did, but that was back in February.

Author and New York Times columnist Charles M. Blow would probably like an apology from all Democrats who were “complicit” in passing Clinton’s crime bill.
When Bill Clinton said black lives matter…in Africa, I knew then that the lord was trying me and I needed to pray. #GetTheeBehindMe
