As Twitchy recently reported, presidential candidate Carly Fiorina upped her effort to appear on stage with the top-tier candidates at CNN’s upcoming GOP debate by collecting 250 signatures on a letter asking for CNN to revise its rules to take into account more recent poll results.
Increasing pressure (or the promise of better ratings) must have had an effect; CNN announced this evening that it will indeed revise its rules.

Again, it’s no guarantee that Fiorina will make the prime-time lineup of candidates, but it should shake things up from the Fox News debate.

The recent Monmouth University poll shook things up by showing Donald Trump and Ben Carson tied at 23 percent, followed by Fiorina.
