It’s up to the individual states to decide their own voter ID laws, and in August, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory signed into law a bill that will require voters to present a photo ID beginning with the 2016 election. As of Jan. 1, 2014, voters without ID were invited to apply for a free photo ID at any of the state’s DMVs.
State poll workers are also distributing information about the photo ID requirements and the availability of free IDs during the 2014 and 2015 elections.
We wonder what Breitbart’s John Nolte thinks about the new law?

In case it’s too small to see on your computer, the sign reads, “Ask your poll worker how to get a no-fee ID.” By 2016.
@NolteNC @pkfanderson Dear God, I hope that will apply in all States.
