Dana Loesch brought the fireworks to “The Kelly File” tonight, debating the propriety of the Washington Redskins’ name. Bob Costas and even President Obama have urged the team to find a new name, but Loesch, herself of Native American descent, isn’t about to take offense, as she let Megyn Kelly know.
