Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin showed up late to this afternoon’s press conference and left quickly, which was good thinking on their part. Weiner’s apologies certainly sounded sincere, but any time spent analyzing the timeline of Weiner’s online indiscretions sucks the oxygen out of the idea that Abedin is “brave” and the couple’s problems are behind them.
While many swooned over the “extraordinary” Abedin and her commitment to her husband, big meanie Dennis Miller wasn’t buying the act.

With feminist heroes like these, who needs the GOP’s “war on women”?
