White House invites insufferable TikTok stars to rally Gen Z behind Joe Biden; Enjoy these flashbacks

We weren’t aware of who TikTok influencer Harry Sisson was until April when he posted that he’d just shot a gun for the first time and it scared him so badly that he demanded more gun control. That post went up just four days after we’d learned that the Biden White House was enlisting hundreds of TikTok stars and social media influencers to promote his political messaging to young voters — and maybe even give them their own briefing room at the White House. It’s not a bad move; the GOP could do the same. But the thing is, we just can’t buy a 20-year-old simping so hard for an 80-year-old man with dementia. A majority of Democrats wish someone else would run.

Sisson was invited to the White House Monday and was as insufferable as usual:

That guy in front is his partner whose name escapes us.

A lot of people seem to be suggesting that the two are being paid by the DNC to post to TikTok. Some internet sleuths made the connection a couple of months ago when they found out both of them are represented by the same agency, Palette Management. They made it clear in a video that they haven’t been paid by the DNC. They never said, though, that the DNC pays Palette Management and Palette Management cuts the checks. This is from back in April:

Also, don’t use this as the pull quote from the podcast interview, OK?

Can’t the White House just email them the talking points for their next video, or are they haggling for more money?
