Obviously, it’s disappointing to President Joe Biden that OPEC has decided to cut oil production. In the meantime, he’ll continue to drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and perhaps let Chevron drill for oil in Venezuela.
What’s most interesting about this clip, though, is a Greg Price notes: Biden walks away from the press backward for quite a ways for reasons we don’t understand.
