After learning of “damning new emails” connecting Sen. Joe Manchin’s daughter to the EpiPen scandal, he suggests President Joe Biden threaten to have the Justice Department investigate her unless Manchin has a change of heart over the Democrat’s $3.5 trillion spending bill.
