Actor George Clooney, and his wife, Amal, announced that they would support the “March for Our Lives Movement” by attending the march on Washington and by donating $500,000.

Oprah quickly followed suit by also pledging $500,000.

Steve Speilberg and his wife, Katie, also decided to throw in $500,000 towards the cause.

Of course, people were quick to praise the celebrities.

Apparently $500,000 must be chump change for these celebrities. It’s a LOT of $$$ to us average folk.
