Come ON! Baltimore Sun editorial board walks a tightrope with this take on Marilyn Mosby

As we reported earlier, prosecutors dropped all remaining charges against Baltimore officers charged in the Freddie Gray case after several officers had already been acquitted. Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby had been criticized for attempting to convict police officers for political reasons.

Does the fact that the all officers were either acquitted or had charges against them dropped mean Mosby overcharged in an attempt to appease protesters? The Baltimore Sun editorial board played it both ways:
