Uh oh: The WH better tell SecDef Ash Carter to get his priorities straight!

While Obama was in Japan today, Secretary of Defense (aka “President”) Ash Carter delivered the commencement address to U.S. Naval Academy graduates:

Carter spelled out challenges the Navy will face:

Last year, VP Joe Biden warned Naval Academy grads to be ever vigilant against the national security risk posed by climate change around the same time President Obama was lecturing U.S. Coast Guard Academy grads about the same thing.
