Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hosted a breakfast on Wednesday to introduce Zohran Mamdani to fellow Democrats in hopes of securing endorsements for the Democrat Party's NYC mayoral hopeful. Mamdani describes himself as a Democratic Socialist. The guy’s a communist, don’t be fooled. Well, a California Democrat you’ve probably never heard of rejects both of those descriptions. He says Mamdani is a capitalist!

Democrat Pramila Jayapal endorsed Mamdani after the AOC-hosted breakfast. We’re looking forward to Hakeem Jeffries meeting with Mamdani on Friday. Will he commit or dodge? We’ll have to wait and see.
