Here's Why the Department of Justice Was Forced To Take Down This 'Inappropriate' Tweet

Last night, a staffer for the Department of Justice posted a tweet they deemed “inappropriate” on their official twitter account.

The staffer made the mistake of thinking they were posting to their personal account and has now had their DOJ social media access taken away.

“The tweet does not represent the Department’s views and was inappropriate for the Department of Justice’s official account, so it was immediately deleted,” the Department of Justice said in an official statement according to The Hill.

The Justice Department is now reviewing its social media policy and plans to institute new training to its employees.

“The Justice Department takes this matter very seriously and will continue to take the appropriate steps to prevent it from happening in the future,” added the DOJ.

As if we needed more proof that the Department of Justice is bias.
