Yes, good jobs are increasingly hard to come by. As a result, some parents are dropping out of the workforce to take care of their kids. This regrettable situation would be exacerbated by amnesty and nearly tripling the cap on H1-B visas — reforms that Sen. Gillibrand has enthusiastically supported:
