At Bill de Blasio's mayoral inauguration, invocation speaker says NYC is a 'plantation'

Yes.  Yes, he did. The “he” was Reverend Fred Lucas, senior pastor at the Brooklyn Community Church. He was giving the invocation at  Bill de Blasio’s mayoral inauguration.
