US Forest Service PR rep blames Boston bombing on Tea Party; Update: Tweet deleted

President Obama declared last night that “people shouldn’t jump to conclusions before we have all the facts.” Stephanie Johnson apparently decided to disregard that advice.

Ms. Johnson’s Twitter handle is @ForestInsider. She identifies herself as a “US Forest Service public affairs professional” from Atlanta and tweets about the U.S. Forest Service Southern Region:

stephanie johnson

This could be Ms. Johnson’s LinkedIn page. If so, she is Director of Public Affairs for the Southern Region of the U.S. Forest Service.

Hat tip: P P.

Update:

She has deleted the tweet. Nice try, Ms Johnson. But Twitchy is forever.
