As Twitchy reported earlier today, there was a shooting at Perry Hall High School in Baltimore County, Md. Media outlets have not yet released the victim’s name, but numerous Twitter users say that the victim was Daniel Borowy, a 17-year old student with Down Syndrome. He is in critical condition.
