'Re-education camp'd'! Mario Lopez caves to the Wokeness Mob, apologizes for 'ignorant and insensitive' remarks

Well, this was inevitable. Disappointing, but inevitable.

After making the very reasonable observation that parents encouraging young children to make life-altering decisions about their sexuality could actually be making life more difficult for those children:

Mario Lopez took heat from some of the more woke folks out there. And now, he’s doing what many before him have done and apologizing, despite not having done anything wrong:

More from Variety:

“The comments I made were ignorant and insensitive, and I now have a deeper understanding of how hurtful they were,” Lopez said in a statement. “I have been and always will be an ardent supporter of the LGBTQ community, and I am going to use this opportunity to better educate myself. Moving forward I will be more informed and thoughtful.”

Lopez also commented on the #MeToo and #BelieveWomen movements throughout his interview, noting that such activism can be dangerous since “people lie — and sometimes those people are women.”

Again, Lopez said nothing wrong. But still, he must be made to pay.

Maybe next time, if there is a next time, Lopez will heed Dana Loesch’s advice instead:
