As Twitchy told you, Luke Thompson just happened to get locked out of his Twitter account after questioning Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez about her boyfriend having a House.gov email address. You’d think that kind of crackdown on honest journalism would merit an outcry from the Guardians of Truth.
But the Washington Post’s Jeff Stein has made it pretty clear where his loyalties lie:
. @ltthompso, who tweeted this morning about @aoc 's boyfriend having a House email address, has been locked out of his Twitter account, per screenshot he sent me: pic.twitter.com/VXpN1XVTDf

That's not what he tweeted. He alleged that she had hired him as a paid staffer with taxpayer money, for which there's no evidence.

Except there’s evidence that something shady was going on.
Actually, there's a lot of evidence for just that.
HouseNet lists the BF as "incoming" and @AOC's spin about it being a calendar thing makes no sense.
But actually looking at that might require you to do journalism…which ur clearly not. pic.twitter.com/aQjdE5Mvxa

To help you out a bit,
If the BF is designated staff, that's unethical for hiring "relatives."
If he's not designated staff (as is now AOC claiming), that's also unethical because IT protocols were broken pic.twitter.com/6m3SIpZ1sM

The evidence that Jeff Stein is a hack is also quite compelling.

That’s not a violation of any TOS, Jerry.

Thompson didn’t publish any information that wasn’t already publicly available. But he did make AOC look bad, and isn’t that what really matters?

Last word to Thompson, whose access to his account has at last been restored:
Dear @JStein_WaPo – I'm better at your job than you are. pic.twitter.com/dCX130lc7V

Damn straight.
It’s starting to look like @JStein_WaPo’s REAL job is to kiss AOC’s butt on Twitter. Just sayin.
