If Joyce Carol Oates is gonna put herself out there and defend the Broward County Sheriff’s deputy who waited outside while Nikolas Cruz went on a murderous rampage and actual heroes sacrificed their lives to save Douglas High School students, she’d at least better make sure her gun control talking points are solid.

how could a single school guard, armed with a conventional weapon, expect to confront & "kill" an individual w/ AK-15 who has methodically plotted an attack? isn't this demanding of the guard that he sacrifice his life? would NRA pay his widow a bonus?

What the holy hell is an AK-15? I've heard of an AR-15, which is just a dressed up hunting rifle that scares clueless nits on the left who don't know a thing about guns. But I have never heard of an AK-15. Is that a Russian weapon? Predecessor to the AK-47?
