Pop singer Robin Thicke and his “Blurred Lines” collaborators have filed suit against Marvin Gaye’s family after being accused of copyright infringement. Gaye’s family alleges that “Blurred Lines” borrows heavily from Gaye’s “Got to Give it Up.”
While we wait to find out how the judge decides, Geraldo’s already rendered his verdict:
Listening to Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' & Gaye's 'Got to Give it Up' there's no doubt Robin ripped off Marvin. It's the same song beyond doubt

Well, we know where Geraldo stands … what say you?
(Don’t worry — that’s the censored version of the “Blurred Lines” video. Thicke’s already overexposed as it is.)
