Shameless: Obama recruits Gabby Giffords photo for gun-grabbing campaign

President Obama’s crusade to slow the rise of the oceans and put a stop to gun violence is well underway, but he can’t do it alone. To help him be clear, he’s using Twitter to help spread the gun-grabbing gospel:

If we save even one life from gun violence, it's worth it. Tell Congress: #WeDemandAVote. http://t.co/ykZsvHHoV5, pic.twitter.com/4JQSrrnNCC

That’s all well and good, but he needs to really up the prop-aganda factor. Enter Gabby Giffords:

For Gabby, and every victim of gun violence, #WeDemandAVote: pic.twitter.com/ukxvFiv0TZ

Ugh.

Gabby already has a vote. RT @BarackObama: For Gabby, and every victim of gun violence, #WeDemandAVote: pic.twitter.com/mtO5jYShFs

@sarahbellumd That would be embarrassingly shameless from an Obama voter. From @BarackObama himself, it's beyond parody.

It’s pathetic. Meanwhile:

Chicago’s already the poster child for gun control, yet gun violence persists. Oh well. That truth is far too inconvenient for a messiah on a mission.
