Bless his heart! This celeb thinks Bill de Blasio's climate change lawsuit is a great idea

As Twitchy told you earlier, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has decided that he has nothing better to do than spend taxpayers’ money to sue oil companies for billions of dollars over climate change. Anyone with a functioning brain can see how stupid that is.

Which is why it makes perfect sense that actor Mark Ruffalo is all for it:
