Nick Saban, 24 conferences, 370 universities, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, the U.S. Olympic Committee, and HBCUs have lined up behind the Protect College Sports Act. Murphy has a theory. Cruz has a coalition — and a pointed question about who writes Murphy’s checks.
