This Cooper Union College situation just gets worse and worse. From the librarian suggesting the Jewish students hide in the attic (not even kidding) to this firsthand experience from one of the students talking about how they banged on the glass and tried to get into the library ...
Something is very wrong at that college.
And we're willing to bet it starts with the administration.
Take a look at this from Cuny Professor who also happens to be the uncle of one of the Jewish students barricaded in the library:
