Full transparency, this editor was fully prepared to spend her day writing about horrible people on Twitter saying horrible things about Charles Krauthammer after his death yesterday, so coming across this lovely story from Nash Jenkins was an incredibly wonderful and tearful surprise.

This is who Charles Krauthammer really was, someone who didn’t let anything stop him from being successful and living his life. We need more Charles’ in this world, don’t you think?
I represented the Krauthammer column for the Washington Post Writers Group syndicate for many years and spoke about Mr. Krauthammer so much, I felt like he was an uncle. That is an uncle I completely disagreed with on all matters political but who I greatly admired.
