Ex-Clinton staffer, Matt Ortega (who also happens to be her former digital director of communications) told Politico that he launched this nonsense (corrupt.af) completely on his own and with his own money. Yadda yadda yadda.
Apparently the goal is to harass Trump by accusing him of corruption and nitpicking his every move.
Think of the site as a really bitter and bitchy ex-girlfriend.
