Wow: Sheriff Lombardo is now saying that Mandalay Bay security guard was shot BEFORE the attack on the Las Vegas concert.

What the? Paddock shot the security guard BEFORE he opened fire on the concert?
That's a significant change to their timeline and to their story of the guard essentially stopping the shooting at the concertgoers.
