After a couple of days of outrage from the masses for calling Trump (and Kid Rock) a white supremacist on Twitter, ESPN anchor Jemele Hill tweeted out this ‘brief’ statement.
Apology? Eh, not so much.
So, to address the elephant in the room … #Facts pic.twitter.com/RTrIDD87ut

In other words, Jemele is sorry she showed us who she and ESPN really are.
As you can imagine, people were less than impressed with her ‘elephant in the room’:
Nice cover for ur employer. I bet they appreciate it. FYI, ur personal beliefs are not only wrong, but further divide when USA needs to

Why shouldn’t she cover for them? They covered for her.

Probably NOT gonna happen anytime soon.
I didn't vote for Trump or HRC, but your comments were out of line as a Rep of ESPN. If dynamics were different, you'd be fired. #Cohn #Kurt

This kind of stuff is what's gonna give us Trump again in 2020 ?

Truth.
If you had a shred of decency and good character you would apologize profusely to President Trump, then graciously tender your resignation.

And then monkeys would fly out of our butts.
Sure.
