As Twitchy told you yesterday, the Senate voted 51-48 to nuke the old rules and cut debate time for certain nominations in order to expedite judicial confirmations. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell led the effort, which caused Dem Sen. Dick Durbin to try and get a new label to stick:
