Democrats are desperately trying to figure out how they could go about delaying the confirmation of President Trump’s upcoming Supreme Court nomination. Among those floating ideas is the Washington Post’s “conservative” writer Jennifer Rubin, who suggested this doozy on Bill Maher’s show last night:
