Pics: Long gas lines, bare grocery shelves greet Gulf Coasters bracing for Isaac

As Tropical Storm Isaac follows a Katrina-like path toward the Gulf Coast, residents are scrambling to stock up on food, water, cash and gasoline. But as early as last night, people in the New Orleans area were finding empty shelves at local grocery stores.
