Meet Army Sergeant Elliot Burgos of the 978th CSC. Sgt. Burgo just finished up an 11-month tour of duty in Kuwait and thanks to the help of the Philadelphia 76ers, he was able to surprise his girlfriend Anglea, one of the team’s dancers, during Saturday’s game.
