USA TODAY finds just the angle it needed to make World War III a front-page news story

If printed newspapers are still around when World War III actually breaks out, they couldn’t give the news much more prominent placement than USA TODAY did Wednesday with its front-page, above-the-fold report on Americans once again living in fear in the Trump era.

But just as homelessness and hunger always seem to return to the headlines when Republicans are in power, so must war.
