President Obama addresses live-streamed Chicago attack: 'We appear to have seen' a hate crime

President Barack Obama was in Chicago Thursday to prepare for next week’s farewell address. He gave an interview to CBS Chicago in which he addressed the kidnapping and torture of a disabled man that was streamed live on Facebook.
