As we reported earlier, a federal judge has blocked Jill Stein’s attempt at a recount in Pennsylvania. That might not be good news for the Green Party candidate, but even if the recount had gone forward, it’s possible nothing would have changed as evidenced by the Wisconsin recount. The Associated Press has the “breaking” news about that:
