New York Times columnist Paul Krugman can’t decide which of two things is to blame for Hillary Clinton’s election loss (and neither possibility is named “Hillary Clinton”).
Krugman previously complained that Donald Trump won because of the Electoral College:

Today, Krugman expanded on his past criticism of James Comey to make it sound as if the FBI director colluded with Vladimir Putin:
