'WTF is this?' Rolling Stone's B.S. statement on defaming UVA in B.S. gang rape story

As Twitchy told you, disgraced reporter Sabrina Erdely and disgraced magazine Rolling Stone have been found liable for defamation over the now-infamous “A Rape on Campus” piece. We’re confident that Erdely is crafting a characteristically well-written and genuine response. But in the meantime, Rolling Stone’s already issued a statement regarding the decision and it’s about as sincere and contrite as you’d expect:
