'That's not how it works': Bernie Sanders' SCOTUS pledge proves <I>somebody</I> 'failed civics class'

On the 6th anniversary of Citizens United yesterday, Bernie Sanders unloaded on the SCOTUS decision. Sanders’ harangue sent some mixed messages, and in spite of that he later pointed out what would be expected of his Supreme Court appointees if he’s elected president:
