Revealed: Hillary Clinton made the first move with Bill, turned down proposal

In September, the New York Times “leaked” the news that Hillary Clinton would be trying out a new campaign strategy that would allow the public to see her “humor and heart” along with her spontaneity. The effort has had mixed results, with Clinton stating during a Face the Nation interview, “I mean, look, I am a real person.”

The Clinton campaign website has evidence that Clinton is not a robot, and her campaign tweeted a link today to an October post chronicling the love story of Bill and Hillary.

As far as Hillary making the first move, here’s how she recalls it:

I was studying in the library, and Bill was standing out in the hall talking to another student …. I noticed that he kept looking over at me. He had been doing a lot of that. So I stood up from the desk, walked over to him and said, “If you’re going to keep looking at me, and I’m going to keep looking back, we might as well be introduced. I’m Hillary Rodham.” That was it.

Whether dodging lamps or sniper fire, the Clintons have been inseparable ever since.
