Mass media professor Melissa Click, the woman shown calling for some “muscle” to rid the University of Missouri’s “safe space” of a student reporter, isn’t the only one feeling the consequences of her actions caught on video. Janna Basler, who appears in the same video appearing to shove Tim Tai and repeatedly telling him, “You need to back off,” has been placed on administrative leave.
Like Click, Basler, director of Greek life, issued an apology to Tai for her behavior, saying she allowed her emotions to get the most of her “while trying to protect some of our students.”

Basler said the incident has been a lesson for her, and she can continue to study that lesson while on administrative leave.
