At yesterday’s rally for Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis upon her release from prison, Mike Huckabee went to some pretty extraordinary steps to make sure fellow presidential candidate Ted Cruz couldn’t share the stage with Davis.
As in, an aide to Huckabee physically prevented Cruz from joining the party:
