#Facepalm: John Kerry visiting new trade partner Cuba, and Fidel Castro already has an expensive demand

The U.S. Embassy in Cuba is officially re-opening tomorrow after the Obama administration removed that country from the list of terror sponsors. John Kerry couldn’t be more exited:

And while Kerry’s in Cuba patting the Obama administration on the back, he’ll get hit up by his new friends for money — lots of money:

Fidel Castro says the U.S. owes his country “many millions of dollars” for the effects of the embargo.
